Homemade rice dumpling
Ingredients and materials
About half a jin of glutinous rice flour (mainly depending on how many people eat it, it is the amount of food eaten by one person)
Chicken intestines in moderation
Chicken gizzards in moderation
Moderate amount of ginger
Moderate amount of scallions and cilantro
Oil some
2 tablespoons of salt
Moderate amount of light soy sauce
About a bowl and a half of cold water
Homemade rice dumpling, also known as Yanzici
1. Take a basin and put the glutinous rice flour into it
2. While adding cold water, knead the powder with your hands and slowly add water. Do not pour too much water at once. Remember to add the water slowly and knead it until it is formed
3. Rub the dirty things with salt about three times (rub once and then with water), then put the washed chicken intestines and gizzards into the pot. Add water to cover the surface and wait for the water to boil
Just filter and wash again with salt, then slice the chicken gizzard and intestines into strips (about the length of a finger)
4. Wash the scallions and cilantro and cut them into this shape (as shown in the picture)
5. First, add some oil and ginger and stir fry for a few seconds. Put the chicken intestines and gizzards into the pot and stir fry for about two minutes. Add two spoons of salt and some soy sauce, then stir fry again. Then add a bowl of water to the pot and cover it with a lid. Wait for the water to absorb and hold the dish
6. Put a proper amount of boiled water in the pot. When the boiled water boils, knead the newly kneaded glutinous rice flour into a small strip and then put it into the pot one by one by hand (you will find that some of them have been raised while kneading). When all of them are raised, it means that the rice dumpling are ripe. Then put the newly prepared onions and coriander into the pot
7. Put the meat that was just cooked in the dish into the pot, shake it evenly with a spoon a few times, then cover the pot and wait until it boils before serving
If you still feel that the taste is not enough, add an appropriate amount of salt (personal taste varies)
Tips
I am a pregnant woman who particularly likes to eat this appetizer and not very fond of rice. You can make this and eat it. Children and adults who have tried it will definitely fall in love with it. My name is Yue Yan and welcome to you
