The recipe for Korean style finger sucking fried chicken wings
1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
2.Soak the chicken wings in water for about 15 minutes, remove the blood and wash them clean, and drain the water.
3.To make the chicken wings taste better and faster, use a knife to make 2-3 cuts on the surface of the chicken wings.
4. Add salt, black pepper, and ginger slices to the chicken wings.
5. Mix the seasoning and chicken wings evenly with chopsticks, or you can directly grab them by hand and marinate for 30 minutes.
6.After marinating, wrap the chicken wings with a layer of cornstarch.
7. Turn on high heat and pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot.
8. When the cooking oil is heated to 7-8 minutes, put the chicken wings in a pot and fry over medium heat. Do not flip the chicken wings too quickly when they are put in the pot, turn them again after about 1-2 minutes.
9. Fry the chicken wings until golden brown, about 10 minutes to remove, then add them to the pot and fry again for later use.
10. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add dried chili peppers, scallions, ginger slices, and minced garlic, and stir fry until fragrant.
11. Add fresh soy sauce, sweet and spicy sauce, and honey and mix well.
12. Add the fried chicken wings and stir fry a few times.
13. Coat the chicken wings with a slow sauce, then sprinkle with peanuts and stir to remove from the pot.
14. Finished product drawings.
Tips
You can adjust the amount of seasoning according to your own taste preferences. If the dried chili at home is too spicy, you can add less. Soy sauce is fresh and can be replaced with other soy sauce. Sweet and spicy sauce is from Heinz and is usually sold in supermarkets. My recipe won't be very spicy, just slightly spicy. If you like spicy food, you can cut open the dried chili!
Raw peanuts can be stir fried in a wok beforehand, or baked in a microwave or oven and cooled to remove the skin.
